We strive for excellence and want to provide you with the best telecoms service you
have ever received! We know just how frustrating it can be not being able to get in touch
with someone who can help quickly and we hope to:-

  • Answer 95% of all
    inbound calls within 5 seconds
  • Log and respond to all technical faults raised by
    telephone within 60 minutes, with a resolution diagnosis
  • Log and respond to all
    technical faults raised by e-mail, fax or voicemail within 4 hours.
  • Respond to
    general emails received from customers and suppliers within 8 working days (usually a lot sooner)

Our normal office hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm after which time, if your
phone system experiences a major failure then we will attend to the problem out of
hours and all other technical faults will be resolved as a matter of urgency the next
working day. 

Our experienced technical support team are therefore here to
help you 24/7.
