GOODWINS HALL CARE HOME – Nursing
Goodwins Hall is a purpose-built nursing home that accommodates
75 clients. In addition to public pay phones, all residents have their own
phone in their room. We have a central switchboard with extensions
running to reception, the nursing stations and administration offices too.
Using the existing switchboard, MTL has enhanced our system with
additional lines, call bells for when staff are away from their desks, and
even music for when callers are put on hold. They’ve really enabled us to
link our system together. MTL has been great whenever we want to
achieve something, but don’t really know what it is we need, MTL is able
to interpret that and organise it for us. They’re prompt too if we call,
they come out to us on the same day. Our business is growing all the
time, and they’re always in step with us and our plans as we expand.
